Organizational Management Analysis

Organization Management Analysis (OMA) is designed to summarize the information from all of the CheckPoint 360 individual feedback reports generated on the group selected. The individual feedback reports identifies the Managers strengths and areas needing improvement.

Features of the OMA:

§ An overview of the information obtained from the completed Check Points of a given group of managers.

§ A factual summary of the perception of your management group.

§ Information to examine the culture of your company relative to perceived management competencies from the top down.

§ Verify alignment with corporate vision, mission and strategic goals regarding development of human capital

The OMA is presented in three sections:

1. Executive Summary (Critical Skills Set Summary)

2. Organizational Development Priorities (Identifies those Managers whose skills were rated as needing improvement)

3. Organizational Training Needs Analysis (Targets areas for training appropriate for each of the Managers)
