I would like to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful, highly beneficial 4 day workshop in XT Profile assessment. STATISTICALLY speaking, the workshop was a 100% success, both in terms of organization and execution. The APPRAISAL I would like to provide on all members of the group I was privileged to join is based on my concrete sequential THINKING STYLE. It also drives from the positive unequivocal impression your BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS left on me which account for your outstanding PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL SKILLS. Calculating the STANDARD DEVIATION as well as the MEAN of our trainer's, ABU BASHAR, PERFORMANCE, I can say that we all unanimously agree that he set the standards for EXCELLENT LEADERDHIP, ASSERTIVENESS, ATTITUDE, DESICIVENESS, INDEPENDENCE merits. I now have a strong tool, XT PROFILE, for deducing evidence of the VALIDITY and RELIABILITY my professional bias, as a CERTIFIED TRAINER, yet to be crowned, that he represents a SMART DNA of a SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE. He exhibits superb mastery of his subject content which was SPECIFIC. MEASURABALE, ACHIEVABLE, RELEVANT and TIME BOUND. The high quality of the material, his interesting style of presentations, and hands-on session, the open book test, under the monitoring and mentoring of the amazingly cordial lady, Ms Samah, he got us all involved in, added a great value to the workshop. I should not forget to mention how his hearty sense of humor helped in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere and in keeping things in perspective. The effort Mr. Mohammad had put throughout the four-day workshop, consistently indicated his outstanding proficiency as a PERFECT JOB MATCH, with a DISTORTION LEVEL OF 99.9 %, in the field of HR ASSESSMENT. The LEARNING OUTCOME was GREAT.

Yet….searching for words to appreciate Mr. Mohamad Shurrab (Abu Bashar) but honestly can't find the convenient words that describes his attitude and expertise. You honestly were wonderful and showed high professionalism in managing and running your exceptionally valued sessions. Nothing was strange when one come to know you brother Abu Bashar.
